ACRO Announces Recipients of Diversity and Inclusion Site Resource Grants
ACRO’s Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials Committee announced the seven community sites that have been selected as recipients of ACRO’s Diversity and Inclusion Site Resource Grants.
The ACRO D&I Site Resource Grants Program is designed to support a 12-month pilot project, serving as a platform to incubate innovative strategies for improving diverse enrollment in clinical research.
The program aims to help sites interested in improving trial inclusivity—who have the potential to contribute to diverse enrollment—acquire the resources and skills that will get them selected for studies and improve the reach of clinical research into underrepresented communities. The grants will act as seed funding that allows sites to demonstrate proof-of-concept on projects to increase diversity.
